Time-Saving Tip - Food

Before you sign on the dotted line, make sure your catering contract includes:
- Wedding date, time and location.
- Menu and any fees, such as the price of the meal per person, staffing, beverages, cake and/or cake-cutting, taxes and gratuity.
- Date when payment is due, and the date by which you must give the caterer a final head count.
- Details about any special requests, such as kosher, vegetarian or gluten, dairy, or nut-free meals.
